Boinayel, LLC operates this public site. Boinayel.com explains the company and Estela, but it does not create Estela accounts, open family spaces, or function as the private product entrance. Practices that apply to the Estela application and its private pilot are documented separately.

When you visit the site, infrastructure may process technical request data such as IP address, browser or user agent, requested URL, date and time, response status, and security signals. If you use the contact form, we also process the name, email address, topic, message, locale or source path, and confirmation that you are not submitting private material.

We process information as needed to deliver the site, protect it from abuse, diagnose errors, maintain security and operational continuity, respond to appropriate messages, and comply with legal obligations or valid requests when applicable. The public form must not be used to send private family memories, photos, voices, documents, credentials, access requests, or sensitive material.

Those providers may process technical request data or contact-form information only as needed to provide those services, protect infrastructure, or meet applicable obligations. Boinayel does not authorize independent marketing use of contact-form messages.

Infrastructure may generate server, network, or security logs related to requests and errors. The contact endpoint also uses origin checks, an automation honeypot, and request-based frequency controls. These signals are used for public-site security and operation, not to build a family-memory profile.

Contact messages are retained while reasonably needed to respond, maintain appropriate records, protect the site, or meet legal obligations. Technical and security logs are retained according to operational needs and provider configurations. When information is no longer needed, it should be deleted, anonymized, or become subject to the applicable deletion process.

Boinayel does not sell information submitted through the contact form or use it for targeted advertising on this site. If the site's practices change materially, this notice must be updated before or when that change takes effect, as appropriate.

The Estela application is at https://getestela.com. The addresses https://atesora.app and https://atesora.boinayel.com remain only as compatibility origins for existing links and access. Boinayel.com does not receive private family content, and this notice does not turn the public site into a channel for that content.

We may update this notice to reflect changes in the site, providers, operational practices, or legal requirements. When a change is material, we will update the revision date and provide additional reasonable notice when appropriate.
