By accessing or using Boinayel.com, you agree to these terms for use of the public site. If you do not agree, do not use the site. These are not the terms for the Estela application, private pilot, accounts, memberships, family content, private support, or payments.

Boinayel.com presents public information about the company, its work, Estela, privacy, contact, and updates. Content is informational and may change as the company, product, or operating conditions evolve. Nothing on this site is legal, financial, medical, or other professional advice.

You must not use Boinayel.com to violate law, attempt unauthorized access, bypass security or abuse controls, interfere with site availability, introduce malicious code, automate requests at an unreasonable volume, impersonate another person, or submit content you do not have the right to submit.

Public contact is limited to appropriate questions about Boinayel, Estela, collaboration, or press. It is not signup, private support, access intake, a payment channel, or a place for private family memories. Do not send photos, voices, family documents, credentials, access details, or sensitive information.

The Estela application is at https://getestela.com. The addresses https://atesora.app and https://atesora.boinayel.com remain only as compatibility origins for existing links and access. The closed private pilot and rules for accounts, memberships, private content, support, and security remain separate from these terms. Before public or broader use, those rules and any future payments must be governed by Estela-specific terms, not these public-site terms.

Boinayel, LLC filed U.S. Trademark Application Serial No. 50040008 for ESTELA on August 8, 2026. The application is pending. ESTELA is not presented as a federally registered trademark, and the ® symbol is not used.

To the extent permitted by law, these terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without applying conflict-of-laws rules. Mandatory laws that apply to a person or situation are not excluded by this provision.
